NGC 7380 THE WIZARD NEBULA

The Wizard Nebula is located in the constellation Cepheus and is approximately 8000 light years away. It is a young open cluster with the gas and dust making up the Wizard. The gas and dust spans about 150 light years across.
Although the nebula may last only a few million years, some of the stars being formed may outlive our Sun.
